Poor service
Poor service doesn’t even describe the quality of your stuff, I’ve been sent back and forth enquiring for almost an hour over the phone about one matter. Your retail stores stuff is more professional compared to you call centre Agents.
Since all calls are recorded please listen to them 1st before you respond and attend to my enquiry
