Poor service at its best

I'm so furious with TFG that payment portal is not working properly ..i have made 2 payments which cannot be located each amounting R600 ...25/26 September 2025 and 02/03 Oct 2025 respectively.

Not even my bank can trace the money can't wait to settle the account.

Secondly there is TFG store in Mabopane in square in PRETORIA level of service in that store is next to nothing, i went to the shop on the he 04th Oct 2025 i had no assistance at all not even one staff member approached me and offer some assistance i wanted to buy white sneakers they were just chilling there minding their own business the worst part the store was not even busy ..that place i walk around and decided to leave they probably did not even notice that i was there that place need proper training not sure if its attitude problem or the management did not offer training.
