Poor service and very rude employees

Horrible customer service for account holders firstly my account credit was block no response as to why and it was paid in credit. Secondly phoning them to make a payment arrangement will result in getting phone calls like your a ******** even tough you phoned in before the date of payment stating that the account will be paid in full and closed by months end this was not accepted nor communicated because you can apparently not make a arrangement even tough its the first option on their call line. To conclude having an account with them will be more hassle then just saving the money and shopping else where.
