Poor Service and Conduct

TFG have are basically dominating the Clothing retail business in South Africa but their service is pathetic. They harass their customers with magazine and insurance offerings and when you tell them to take off your number from their system so that they stop calling you that only happens for a few weeks and they start again with their harassment calls - These company have lost touch with their customers. Their customer service is also useless - you send a question they answer you with one sentence and immediately close the case.
