Poor Service - ***** Alert Fee is a Money-Making ****

On 30 April 24, I sent an email requesting an investigation into *****ulent purchases on my Foschini Account in Pietermaritzburg. To date, TFG have never responded to my request. Upon making payment of my monthly payment here at Kenilworth Cape Town in April 24, I was told that my balance skyrocketed due to purchases made in Pietermaritzburg, during 2024. I have never been to Pietermaritzburg during 2024 and definitely did not make of those purchases. I am paying a monthly fee titled ***** Fee Alert. I have definitely wasted my money as the ***** Fee Alert is just another money-making **** by TFG.
