Poor service

TFG Markham was supposed to change my account to 6 months repayment as the default option, not have it at annual. I clearly made the call to one of their agents to do this month's ago and it was not done. This has resulted in me getting charged interest. I do not appreciate this poor service and will be taking this up further.
