Poor service
Missed 2 payments on my account and made an arrangement to pay to fix that and ever since been paying them on time but they harass me with calls and I still have to pay for those calls I didn't ask for. Furthermore I get charged a ridiculous interest on the account, their customer service is poor standard no one is willing to explain the extra charges made by them.
