Poor service

A couple of months ago I made an online application for an account at Markham's/TFG. Due to a busy schedule I was not able to submit my supporting documents in the time required by the TFG and thus the application cancelled. 2 months later I started a new job and re-app**** for an account at Markham's but was then quickly rejected due to a difference of income in comparison to my previous application made. I fully understood this rejection and thus contacted TFG who forwarded me to their forensics department. In my first call made I was told that I would be required to forward my ID and 3 month bank statement. After doing this, I waited a week or two and then recalled them to which I was now told that my most recent payslip would be required as well. Fine and well I did so, and then called back a day or two after to which I was now told that my bank statement due to the wait is now outdated (once again I understood the logic, but I fail to understand why this was not communicated to me before). Following this incident I've been in contact with this department over sereval occasions and still have no clue what is required of me. Each employee keeps giving me different requirements. According to one employee, only my most recent payslip was needed but then another said my last 3 payslips was needed. Another prompted me that it would be a good idea to include my previous jobs payslip as well so that the difference in income could be identified (so which is it??). I was also prompted to submit my certified ID on several instances which is just becoming a huge inconvenience to me. Then to top it off each time I call, my previously submitted bank statement has now become invalid due to it not being my latest - this however is due to this department being so slow and lack the communication to notify their clients of requirements. The service in this department is really poor. I have not yet spoken to two employees with a mutual understanding. I keep getting told a different story which then forces me to inconveniently run around. I understood that in the beginning I was at fault for not submitting my supporting documents in time, but should I really be put through all this just to get an account open with TFG?? Is this the normal process? I've inconvenienced myself enough now and just want resolution
