Poor service

I Nigel Roets ID *** called the tfg group financial services 27-03-2015 to find out if i have any insurance or if i am covered in the event for example retrenchment,unemployment,death,etc on my account. I was holding on for a long time and did not get anywhere..can someone please call me on *** to advise because I have been a customer for years and always kept my account up to date and will not accept this poor service..
