Poor service
I wrote a complaint regarding my JET account whereby I requested that it be removed on the credit bureau as I i was told that it was written off and is a prescribed account. I was then called by a agent who confirmed my ID number and advised that they will provide me with feedback. To date I have not heard from the agent nor received any feedback.
