Poor service

I have been paying for tfg escapes for months now but i have only received the magazine once, i called their customer center to find out why are they no longer sending magazines to me and Janine gave me number to call escapes of which i did but no one picks up, I called the customer center again and asked the guy to cancel the subscriptions and return all the monies they have been taking since they have not been delivering the magazine as per our agreement, the homie refused to refund my monies, it is fine.

TFG must never ever ever and i mean ever call me for marketing purposes ever again, I told the guy to remove my contacts for marketing purposes as well.

Should i receive any marketing purposes from you guys again I will report you, hope we are clear and matter of fact I should report you for taking funds and not deliver a service that we agreed on.
