Poor service
Had a website login and personal details issue back in July, can be read here: https://www.hellopeter.com/tfg/reviews/wrong-account-details- ********** and now it's almost the same problem AGAIN! I usually use my cellphone number to log in, but suddenly that doesn't work anymore. Tried to reset my password multiple times - also doesn't work. I don't even get any feedback from the website about what the issue is, NOTHING. Bad user experience is an understatement!
I even used my email address, which for some strange reason worked, but then my Profile was completely blank.
Called in, just to be told that my account/profile would be deactivated and activated again and I should "give it 30 minutes and then register again with your phone number".
Well guess what ? It doesn't wor****! I can't log in. I can't register (phone number already exists) I can't use my email address either to register because then an "error occured".
This is poor performance to say the least. Even more so after speaking to someone!
Your software developers need some serious training. How can almost the same issue happen within 4 months?

I still can't login, I can't even sign up again and no one has contacted me yet. Guess I'll just stop paying my account then. If you, TFG, don't care, why should I?
