Poor service

I bought a soccer jersey from Total Sport online (order no p***) on the 28th of November 2019, on the 1st of December 2019 I received and email that says my order is on the way to me...today is the Thirteen of December still I haven't received my order, I called them on Monday the 9th of December to find out what is going with my order the consultant keep me waiting on the phone for almost 20 minutes and after that I was told that they will get back to me but they never get back to me and yesterday I called again and it was the same process as Monday they keep on promising to call back but they don't.

for me I feel like TFG is not taking their customers serious and for me I feel like the company as taking me as a Trash cause I tried to contact them but the don't bother to give me a positive feedback.

Now I'm done with TFG I want my order to be delivered to me within 24hrs and I don't want a refund I want my order cause I didn't purchase a refund I purchase a Soccer Jersey.
