Poor Quality goods with high price tags

So i bought a jean from your store in canal walk (markhams) i dont have it for longer then four months and i have already returned the jeans twice to your store the 3rd time im told that this jean needs to go for QA as i should have known when buying this jeans that the integrity of the item will be compromised what happened to CPA TFG? and what i just can't get over is the fact that my money i paid for this jean was not sent for Quality testing ???? Makes me wonder if i should still support your brand???? i need feedback on this as your management team was not really friendly in the store either
