POOR QUALITY CELL PHONES BEING SOLD

I am extremely hurt and disappointed by the quality of phones sold by the TFG companies. I have faced terrible instances of returning my phone for repairs (Techno) just for the manufacturer to replace the phone with a new one. Everytime I get the same phone and face the same issues. I told the lady at foshini in promenade that I would like a refund or the option to choose a different brand of phone but they do not want to assist me. They are forcing me to take the brand new Techno when my complaint is with the quality of the phone. I have made numerous complaints online to tfg who seem to be unable to properly explain and resolve my complaint. It is unfair to be forced to take a poor quality phone even if it is brand new. I would not recommend buying any technical device from any of their stores. Myself and my family will not be supporting any tfg stores in the future.
