Poor quality
I called in to the new policies department to query on what documents were missing to finalize opening an account the first consultant blatantly told me that she will not help me because I am not the person I claimed to be. the second consultant kept asking if I am sure if I am a male I then requested to speak to their manager Riaan and he said that he would respond promptly to my woes this was 2 weeks ago and nothing has happened I am gravely disappointed at the poor service I received and felt thoroughly disrespected
