Poor Online Support Service
I'm not happy at all with your online service, Unable to login to my account. Wrote a bunch of emails to the online shopping team and I keep on getting the automatic email responses. I Tried calling, I am put on hold for 10+ minutes. Such terrible and poor service!!!
