POOR ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE WITH EXACT TFG
I recently made a complaint about the poor service of shopping online with TFG exact. I did receive a call from a very pleasant call from a customer service consultant who told me that she will track my order and keep me updated and I will receive my order. She also offered my a gift voucher for which I am extremely grateful
However they have canceled my order for the 4th time now so my problem is still not resolved because I still have not received my stock which I really want
I am still extremely disappointed.. I expected more feedback and updates and I expected to receive my order
