Poor online services
I had placed 3 orders online for the same caps and every time i get a reply saying that the order is canceled cause there is no stock of the caps. This is not acceptable it really ****es me off when i log on and see the caps are still on the site and i get my orders cancelled . Last order number p*** .

12 Jan 2020, 17:38I have had no contact from you guys so I am not sure what has been resolved . This Is sad that I get response like this from TFG shows the lack of customer services that is provided for online . I have laid 1 telephonic complaint 2 emails was sent and this one . No has called me or sent an email saying that the issues is been resolved only email responses I received was with ref numbers and the queries are been sent to online . Really bad service
