Poor online serive
I have bought two sets of outfits from SodaBlock on the 22/09/2020 which were supposed to be delivered at sportscene Hatfield Pretoria, since then I have only received the blue set and till today no email, communication regarding the outstanding items.
I received a call from a lady in Venda who has my order, with my details and information. She said she went to foschini in Venda to return my items and hopefully get hers and was told there's nothing they can do. How can they deliver the items that i bought and paid for to a different province with my information inside but someone else's information outside the package? I have sent an email to *** and to *** till today i have received no feedback regarding the items i bought. TFG online system is really disappointing.

I'm really disappointed in the bad service at TFG, I received refund even after i had sent them an email stating that i do not want refund as the product i bought where on sale at the time of purchase. they did not even bother asking if i would rather substitute it and its not like those items were out of stock and the person who received my items contacted me, why couldn't i get my items after they had collected it from the lady in Venda. They don't even communicate with their customers after they had messed up, they just send you an email stating that they will refund.
