Poor help at call centre

I have been trying to contact recovery department several times by phoning as well as e mail to require about my account and to get a sttlement amount. Everytime I e mail I get no response and when I phone I just get send through to another dept or given another number to phone just to find out that it is wrong or get no answer. Someone did make contact once about two months ago but by accident I deleted the mail and now struggle to just pay them. Dont they want my money or what?
