POOR EXCHANGE PROCESS
I was at total sports Matlosana, the exchange policy needs to be reviewed. They couldn't exchange my items without a card even though I got the original slip. Bought those items just an hour back. However they were able to refund without the card but can't exchange. THERE IS NO LOGIC FROM THIS PROCESS,POLICY OR PROCEDURE. Call centre couldn't even assist and agreeing that the process need a review
