Poor disgusting service

I am still waiting for you to respond on my last enquiry i had of the poor disgusting service i got at Umtata Plaza Sportscene last week. i sent an email no one has rep**** yet, I need a response from the head manager ASAP. I set my email to *** on 29/11/2024 i will post it here i need response ASAP.

I am writing this email with a very disappointed heart because of the service I got at Sportscene at Umtata Plaza. I went there to buy 2 sneakers for me and my Boyfriend. I got an Air Force for my partner which was R2399.00, please see the attached pictures as evidence. I also requested a Samba Adidas sneaker that was on special for 30%. The original price of Sambha was R1899.00 and the discount price was R1329.99.

I asked 3 sportscene consultants that were on the floor and they all confirmed that the Samba Adidas price is on special by 30%, I then took it for myself and went to queue in a long line. After 45 minutes of standing in that queue, I asked the cashier who was assisting me, she goes by the name of Yanga, to calculate how much the cost of both my items. We both calculated and the total was R3728.99.

Yanga then asked if I was going to pay with cash or with a card, I told her I was going to pay with a card. So when I was about to put in my PIN and process the payment the total went straight up to R4450.00 i then I asked her what is the extra R720.00 for, and she said ow let me look after 10 good minutes of me standing there she said no Sambha is not on special. I told her it was under a 30% discount promo and it is here right in front of you, she said it was a mistake.

I then asked for a manager who was on duty and I was told she was not available, and that was it 😡😡😡😡.

I am very angry and disappointed with the kind of people you have hired and told me lies. I ended up not taking Adidas Samba because of their false adverti*****t. I am from east London, and am in Umtata for a week. I never dealt with such customer service. Please see the attached proof and do something ASAP before I go crazy.
