Poor disappointing service (Total sports parrow center)

After having been a loyal customer to Tfg for more than 11yrs yesterday I was held for a hour at total sports parrow center because they wanted to verify if they process my purchase of R6300 even though my buying power could surpass that amount. Even though the providing them with proof they kept me waiting whilst calling the call centre on whether they should process my purchase. After this descriminatory experience I am contemplating canceling my account with the business.
