POOR DECEIVING ONLINE SERVICE

<p>I purchased x2 pairs of sneakers online on Black Friday, immediately after I received the EXCLUSIVE sms for members to purchase first, I immediately purchased x2 pairs of sneakers, not long after I get an email saying payment was not received even though the confirmation confirmed it was all in order, I placed the order again and once again received confirmaion email that order has successfully placed, I called the next day and the agent advised everything is in order and I should be receiving my order in the week, 3 days afterI placed the order I get an email from TFG saying due to an online glitch in the system they cancelling one pair of the shoes. I since called them 4 times to complain and find out where my shoes is, all they said was item was over sold, I advised that the store said that they still having x12 pairs of the stock. I called the call centre again, whom kept on saying they`ll call me back but never do or did. I called again spoke with the manager named Clinton whom did not want to give his full details and simply said sorry item out of stock online, even though it was allowed to be ordered and payed for and that just like other stores Spree and Zando its all the same problem, comparing the service TFG gives to that of Spree and Zando, I still dont have the shoes even though it is in stock with other stores, what pathetic service received from TFG even though you are a so called VIP values customer.</p>
