Poor customer service ever

I recieved an sms from TFG stating that my laybuy is due month end , for any enquires i should make contact with *** and i just made a call , Olwethu picked up and she sounded so irritated from the word go , insisting she cant check for me, and she ask if she can put through for rating the service and after she decide to switch off , called again ask if she is the same person and she said no , and i therefore requested to speak to the manager and i have been holding since... its very said coz the attitude you get as a customer is not the same they give when they are desparate to be employed!!!
