Poor customer service

I ordered online, one of the products was incorrect, not what I ordered. I went to Excat Bloed Mall, they couldn't help me. I was referred to Foschini. Foschini Sammy Marks said Excat should help me. The lady from Foschini went with me to Exact Sammy Marks. We were greeted by a rude lady at the till. She was so rude and disrespectful to us which was unprofessional and was not willing to help despite the explosion given. The Foschini lady had to return back to work. I felt disrespected and humiliated, as if they are doing me a favor. I left without being assisted because I couldn't contain myself and didn't want to cause drama.
