Poor customer service and the employee was insulting me

Totalsports Tembisa mall doesn't value their customers, the customer service is very poor. I wanted to buy shoes at the store but unfortunately the shoes I wanted was dirty I kindly asked one of the workers to please check for me at the store room if maybe there was another pair guess what the worker said he said he doesn't work for me I won't make him do up and downs because I don't know what I want. I asked why you being rude to me he said I'm talking nonsense, i think that they beg my money he doesn't have time for my nonsense I must ***of he said then proceeded to showing me where the door is. I'm so hurt I don't think I will ever heal from that experience actually I feel betrayed because I've been shopping with TFG for years and years and they treat their customers like that 😔
