Poor Customer service
I bought my phone in February and took out insurance. In May I queried as they did not deduct any installments for the insurance,I was reassured that they had a backlog and phone was covered should anything happened.
On the 11 August I took my phone in for repairs. I just called the store and they advised the phone has still not been collected.
I need my phone ASAP, could someone please contact me urgently.

So today i was told that i needed to look for a phone in price range. I've been to a store and found 1 that had 100 price difference that i was willing to pay as i need a phone asap however was advice that I NEED TO GO AND LOOK AT EVERY TFG STORE UNTIL I FIND 1 IN THAT PRICE RANGE. I dont see why i need to run around yet again. I wasted so much of my time and airtime trying to get this resolved.
I would not recommend anyone to buy a pho e cash or take out insurance cause its a joke.
The staff dont know who to process claims ***. The insurance company is saying that its Tfg that wont auth the new phone with price difderence.
At this point I'd rather want my money so i cant go buy me a new phone cause i really cant do this anymore.
