POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

I have a account with TFG I am very disappointed with the service i have been receiving from your customer care. I had some problems on my accounts which they could not clarify for me. I have phoned them 3 times this month and it is either the phone gets dropped or you get transferred to different people that cannot help you. I have made short payment on my account because I wanted to know why they have increased my fees and they could not answer. I am being charged R20 email and also R20 when I am the one who called them. The customer service is very poor
