Poor customer service
Seemingly TFG online doesn't keep their promises. This is the second time experiencing poor service from this company. I bought a watch online, to date I still have not received my watch, the 5 to 7 working days delivery is obviously a lie. I would appreciate if my watch can be delivered by tomorrow because I bought it cash and I am not owing anything from TFG. When I checked the status of my order online it is still with the warehouse. I even phoned the other day and they assured me that it will be delivered within 7 working days. This so annoying and frustrating.
