Poor customer service

Lack of customer service at foschini in Prominade, Mitchell's plain. I went to purchase a fragrant, when I went entered the store the sales ladies were chatting with one another they completely ignored me untill I asked one of them to assist me, she didn't apologise nor greet me.when we arrived at the counter I've realised that I have forgot my wallet in my car. I asked the lady to keep the merchandise on the counter. When I came back she was busy with another customer, I then proceeded to the counter were the was another lady and asked her to assist me with the merchandise, she didn't look at me and said she was still busy with another customer apparently the customer was still looking for something else. She finally served me, and i used my TFG card to pay for the merchandise, she printed the slip, took a pen and put them on the counter and didn't even say a word, so i looked at her, only then she had asked me to sign.I went to the store manager to lay a complaint about this. The store manager said was going to speak with them and that was it and didn't even made her way to the cosmetic department.
