Poor customer care in your call centre.
Poor customer care/service. I was delivered furniture that was missing an item. Nobody called me to advise when my item will be delivered. I then called the call centre someone logged a query for me and was to call within 24 hours …they never did. A week later the item was delivered with no notification nothing.
