Poor client service

I had tfg account over 2 decades ago and my account was handed over to real people. I had numerous times contacted tfg so I can able to open a new account but all they saying my debt was sold to tfg and they gave their contact. When I contact them they have advised me I don't exist on their system. TFG has been taking me from pillar to post regarding this matter because info they gave is non existence.

I am law abiding citizen and would also want to have an account with this group but in all my attempt no one has able to resolve this issue.

If I am not on real people database why am I being declined to open an account.

I need this to be resolve ugently.
