Please teach your new management or whoever in the manager to do better

Foschini Mall of Africa, I will stop going there because there is no longer customer service that I'm used to, no more friendly faces they are rude always being ordered around by their floor manager, I couldn't get her name right but she is light in color and skinny. As a manager she should do better than ordering around her stuff while they are trying to help us. It used to be a go to shop if I need an outfit for an event but lately you will not find any help since they say the new management don't allow them to move their department, how will someone give me a customer service while being afraid 😕 of their bosses. Please do better I expect great things from TFG not this.
