Please pay back my refund!!
I made a purchase 3 months ago and cancelled it. I was then informed my refund would be processed within 10 days.
Its been 3 months and I still haven't received my refund.

Its been 4 months and I still haven't received my refund and no one has contacted me. Is it possible to get someone to prioritise this or should I get used to the fact that I will never get my money back?
