Please help
Hallow Peter i like to lodge a complain am not happy with TFG insurance for my phone am not getting any joy incident was happened 16 May 2023 and I spoke with Nqobile, Thabsile, Luyanda and The Nqobile the supervisor she is very rude and arrogant to the client and not helpful. I bought a phone at American Swiss at Carnival Mall they unable to process my cell claim as Samsung came with on IME number keeping saying i must have two ITC as phone was dual sim. We sent affidavit to them with response when you them put me on old something 10 to 15 minutes till i drop and nobody comes back to me . Please Help
