Please give me a paid up letter
Their debt collection partner is refusing to give me a paid up letter,I paid total sports account in full in November now im struggling to get a paid up letter and they don't don't want to update my status on clear score,I contacted TFG and total sports they are ignoring my emails but they are the one who took requested DMC to collect payment on their behalf...im so frustrated....
