Please be care when opening a tfg account

I have been having problems with my tfg account since I open it when I pay the total amount does not become less it stays the same so when I enquired about it they told me my account was locked I dnt know why so I have been paying and pay but nothing changes so month end I payed 400 of which I was supposed to only pay 250 still then have not sent me a State and I have observed many people having the same problem guys be carefull
