Phone insurance

I bought a phone at foschini in on july and the sales lady say i must take an insurance and i did a month later on august my phone was ****** so i have to claim the phone back it took them a month and two weeks for them to reject my claim after they deduct my money. Tfg there service sucks i'm cancelling my membership card
