Philna - Great Team Leader that goes the extra mile :)

I had a problem with an account overpayment, and Philna Van Jaarsveldt went out of her way to help me. She regularly got in contact with me to let me know the progress of my query without me having to chase! She really went the extra mile and it was really appreciated!
