Phenomenal call back experience

I'd just like to take some time out and commend the lady who contacted me on October 22nd regarding an issue I have been struggling to get resolved with TFG.

I wish I recalled her name but unfortunately not.

After numerous emails, calls, social media messages and comments, no one could really resolve my issue after weeks of trying.

I called the 22nd and spoke to a lady and she couldn't resolve my issue and I left it at that and just gave up.

However, a few minutes later, I received a call regarding my latest Facebook inquiry from a different lady and she was phenomenal. She was warm and friendly. So polite, patient and understanding. She even stayed on the call while I was troubleshooting to make sure everything was sorted.

I've had a few hiccups since then but nothing to major. Thanks to her, I now know how to resolve the issue myself and don't have to call or stress when it happens in future.

She's a valuable asset to the team guys. Appreciate her, I sure did.
