Payments that haven't reflected

I paid my tfg account twice on September since I was behind but the money I paid on the 5th September haven't reflected on my account yet, only the one I paid on 9th reflected. Today I check my account is blocked I have to pay R164 and I paid it in But I received the email saying the payment was unsuccessful but the money went out because I checked the statements. So there's the amount of about R239 that I paid but doesn't show on my gtf account.
