Payment refund

I made a layby at Sportscene Mahlakung using my twin brother's ID and when I went to pay it off and collect on the 19 jan 2022 they were offline and I was advised to go pay at Relay Jeans Mahlakung. I then went and paid R1399.95 which was my balance. I then went back to sportscene to collect on the 25th Jan 2022 but the payment made didn't reflect on their system I then went back to Relay Jeans to get my payment refund but they also couldn't refund me as the payment doesn't reflect on their system. They called customer services and also store support but didn't get help. I then went to sportscene and paid another amount of R1399.95 to get my layby. Up-to-date I haven't received the payment refund from Relay Jeans Mahlakung and the staff there tried all they could to help but they are always took from pillar to post. All I need is my money back.
