Payment not reflecting

I've paid my acc for 2 months using eft transfers from my acc to tfg fnb acc,I was told the payment is not reflecting I went to my bank for a proof of payment I've emailed the doc to ********** but I haven't heard anything from tfg. I went to the foschini branch in midrand with the proof of payment still no luck
