Payment not allocated, interest charged to my account - *****!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I make eft payments, the accounts staff don't allocate my payments, due to not payment allocated, I receive phone calls get charged to my account but it's your staff not doing their job!!!!!!!!!!!!! I want my account to be closed and I want all the charges to be reversed.

This is since January 2020 I want all of the charges to be reversed immediately and my account to be closed. I cannot deal with *********** companies.

The person who is not doing their job should be disciplined for poor work performance or incapacity. Clearly someone is not doing their job or are unable to do the job and therefore I get charged interest for someone else's incompetence !!!
