Payment arrangements

I received a statement last year stating I need to pay at least 350 before I get handed over to the lawyers I did as asked and I had already tried making arrangements but no one responded to me I did this arrangements via email I saw from my statement I have been fighting with them for months how come one gets handed over whereas they made arrangements and paid the amount that was requested every month wen I pay the account it gets higher and higher I was informed at the store that I'm paying for lawyers fees an amount of 440 foschini has no customer service I wouldn't recommend it to anyone I am owing other accounts but I'm not paying any lawyers If I found out that my name is with itc we Gona have a serious problem cause now I'm looking for another job and I will pay only what I used I'm not paying any lawyers all the extra charge must be removed cause I notified them and payed the amount they requested and they act like they resolving ur issue but my issue is not resolve since last year I will not stop posting on Hellopeter until my issue is resolved and I know the consumer acts regulations keep doing this u better resolve this issue I'm giving u 7 days I do not want to be contacted by pienaar attoneys u hired u must pay them I won't pay them and no one is willing to help even their head office is not helping no one is resolving my issue
