Payment arrangements

My maternity is still not resolved I only received an email stating that I have been handed over and I made an arrangement s with them I really don't see any customer care on the 15 of November I made a payment of 700 and my balance stated that it's ,2662.11 I payed a jabulani mall foschini this was captured by nkululeko I then made another payment on the 30 of November of 400 it now stated 2615.51 I really don't understand what's happening with my account I cannot have paid a total of 1100 and it's states this amount if they had customer service they whr supposed to call me and tell me 1 why was handed over and why my account is no going down instead it's going up paid 700 then it's was 2662.11 I then paid 400 the same month now the balance says 2615.51 it makes no sense someone better call me and tell me what's happening I dnt want ur emails I need explanation
