Paying your handed over TFG account is wasting your time

I have a clothing account with TFG but it was handed over to Resolvsa l wrote to ResolvSA complaining about payment that they are not updating on monthly basis ResolvSA wrote an email to TFG recoveries and requested statements they copied me on the email, the the payment was updated again the following month l experienced same l email TFG recoveries they referred me to ResolvSA telling me to send proof of payment l did and copied them until today my 31 July 2026 payment has not been updated.
