Paying my account but payment not allocated

Apparently I'm a bad payer on my account seeing thatbit has been recorded like that on my credit score. Now I have to relocate and I cannot get housing because my credit score looks bad due to the allocations that hasn't been made correctly on my account. This is unacceptable
